We consider ourselves a service and publishing company, providing resources for corporate teams to better nuture minority talent and publishing personal development books and products for minorities and women.

Jose Pinero is the Founder and Chief Mentor at The Cultivation Company.
He has 20+ years’ experience in marketing and strategy and has led company-wide multicultural and diversity initiatives for Fortune 50 companies. Now he dedicates his time to helping U.S. companies better understand and encourage the minority workforce within their organizations. To do so, he leads The Cultivation Company, which helps companies maximize their minority talent via seminars and individual coaching specifically focused on minority rising stars, and via consulting to executives, helping them open the way for minority talent advancement.

Chief Creative Officer
Andrea leads the publishing division of The Cultivation Company. She is both the artist and author of many of The Cultivation Company products and books. She leads the design teams, manufacturing, and creative development of many of our programs.
Her award-winning artwork has been featured in galleries in both Seattle and Puerto Rico. Her written works have been published in environmental magazines, newspapers, online NBC affiliates, Amazon, Microsoft, and her own personal blogs.
Andrea has been an entrepreneur and individual contributor to several fortune 50 companies.
Executive Coach & Presenter
Ann Dorgan leads C-Suite coaching and facilitation for The Cultivation Company clients. In addition she directs curriculum and content creation. For the last 20 years Ann has worked as a strategic advisor, executive coach, facilitator, leader in the private, public and non-profit sectors at the director level and above. Clients say Ann’s strongest ability is to work at the strategic level with executives in an effort to maximize leadership talent. She’s able to rapidly create a space for trusted, candid conversation and quickly brings simplicity to complex challenges.
Ann is credentialed as a professionally certified coach by the International Coach Federation and holds an MA from the Leadership Institute of Seattle in Applied Behavioral Science with emphasis in Consulting and Coaching in Organizations.
Jofi Baldrich works on executive coaching and facilitation for The Cultivation Company clients. For the last 8 years Jofi has worked as an executive coach, facilitator, and leader for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), where he has coached more than 500 YPO leaders. Clients say Jofi’s strongest ability is working holistically with executives, bringing together personal challenges, professional goals and opportunities to maximize his clients’ outcomes.
Jofi is certified as a professionally certified integral coach by New Ventures West and holds an BS in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College and an MBA from St. John’s University. He is currently working towards a Doctorate Degree in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership at NOVA South Eastern University.
Marcia built and managed cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in Brazil, Spanish-speaking Latin America, and the United States. She has designed, launched, and led projects that enabled organizational change, simplified decision making, and strengthened employee engagement. She has coached leaders and teams to navigate through change, become more collaborative, high-performing, and capable of meeting their personal and business goals.
She holds an MBA and an MA in Organization Development, is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, certified C-IQ Enhanced Skills Coach, and certified Change Management Practitioner. A life-long learner, she committed to enabling herself and others to live intentional, relevant, and happy lives and to contribute to progress in the world.
